Pass The Time's sole ability is that to make Chadwick the center of rumors and stories, all of which involve him being an incredibly powerful stand user. People who see him and have a stand will be innately fearful and respecting towards him, often whispering among themselves rumors of his incredible amazing feats. He can often win fights simply be showing up and standing there until his enemies surrender. People will always assume that whatever they do, it will never be enough to kill him, and because of this assumption that they won't be able to get rid of, Chadwick's stand is actually fairly powerful. Chadwick can make the aura stronger and more powerful at will, but he can never turn it off. A stronger aura can also influence non stand users.
Chadwick is usually annoyed at this, and repeatedly tells people he isn't strong or amazing, but anyone who hears this chalks it up to him just being modest.
People's memories of Chadwick are also altered to make him seem like the hero no matter what. For instance, if he stood around while another person prevented a murder, he would be viewed as the hero by everyone, including the actual hero and the murderer. Physical evidence such as camera tapes or pictures are also altered to show whatever it is perceived that he did.

- This stand is based off a character the you tuber Puffin Forest made for an RPG called Mutants & Masterminds. The character was made as a punishment for people who didn't make characters on time. The character had no skills or powers, but everyone viewed him as a powerful superhero.
