Lord Dio from the [https://www.wattpad.com/1014774874-reimi%27s-bizarre-adventure-pink-justice-chapter-13 Pink Justice timeline] is the most well-rounded version of Dio in fiction, as it is the only version of Part 3 Dio who fully utilizes all his powers in the final battle.

Due to the butterfly effect of Reimi Sugimoto traveling back in time to August 1983, as well as the increasing threat of a larger Joestar group led by Reimi, Dio became desperate enough to actually use all his powers.

Although the same character in most ways, Pink Justice Dio has a few differences with Stardust Crusaders Dio. Most notable of these differences is the use of his powers. In the canon timeline, Dio felt his Stand The-World is all he needed & he had the element of surprise (an ability Kakyoin sacrificed himself to uncover). However Pink Justice Dio has had this surprise stripped from him after Reimi revealed his secret early, as well as telling Jotaro of his own ability to stop time. This forced Dio to go all out & become more creative & bold with the use of his powers.

The primary reason Dio only used The-World in Part 3 is because Araki wanted Stardust Crusaders to be it's own thing, & did not want Dio to use his powers seen in Phantom Blood. Had Dio used all his powers he would have slaughtered Jotaro. Dio had to be nerfed in order for Jotaro to defeat him by himself, a common trope in hero stories.

Pink Justice Dio is taken down by the combined efforts of Lisa Lisa, Jotaro, & Reimi.

=== Abilities ===

Vampirism: Canon Dio used little of his vampire powers in Part 3, becoming dependent on his Stand. Pink Justice Dio uses all his vampire powers, from blood drinking & flesh-buds to creating zombies, freezing himself to stop Hamon, & the iconic eye lasers.

The World: Like in Stardust Crusaders, Dio of the Pink Justice timeline possesses the Stand, The-World aka Za-Wurdo. (Or Amon-Ra in the Egyptian Glory god pantheon.)

However Reimi used her knowledge of the last timeline to spoil his secret to the Joestar group, stripping Dio of the element of surprise. This did not stop Dio from using his iconic Stand in the final battle, just made him realize he needs to combine it with his other powers. He ends up ordering Anubis to control this Stand as a vessel, allowing Dio to fight independently from a distance.

Hermit-Blue: Canon Dio only used Jonathan's Stand to do spirit photography & did not use it at all in the battle with Jotaro. Pink Justice Dio uses this Stand alot in the final battle in addition to his own Stand.

Zombies: While canon Dio did possess the ability to create zombies, he did not use it in Part 3. He wanted to lay low & use covert tactics to wear down the Joestar group. In Pink Justice, Dio turns hundreds of Egyptian citizens into zombies, just like he did to [https://jojo.fandom.com/wiki/Windknight%27s_Lot Wind Knights Lot] in Part 1. Even the dogs Butch & Tiny are zombified by Dio, appointed to kill Iggy.

Vampire flesh bud: Pink Justice Dio develops a special kind of fleshbud designed to activate upon death. This flesh-bud carries Dio's vampiric blood & attaches itself to the heart. When the user dies, this fleshbud will inject them with Dio's blood & transform them into a vampire. As Dio said, it transforms his servants of the day into his children of the night. He primarily gives these fleshbuds to Enyaba & Alessi, both of whom are vampirized after they are initially killed.

Allies: Canon Dio fought alone in the final battle, but Pink Justice Dio wields the Anubis sword & has Petshop as a combat partner. Anubis is told to possess his Stand so Dio can fight against Joseph & Lisa Lisa himself. His Stand becomes a new force of terror when controlled by Anubis.

=== Dario ===

Unlike in canon, Pink Justice Dio visits his father's grave after he escapes the coffin in the 1980s. He finds the 110 year old corpse of his father mummified & well-aged despite the time. This is due to the poison acting as a preservative.

Dio turns the corpse of his father into a zombie for him to abuse later. For around a year, Dio kept his zombie father locked in the tower of the mansion. Dio wanted the man he hated (for good reason) to see what a god he's become & wanted to return the years of abuse he got.
