Jessie Robinson, sister of Matthew Robinson, is a minor recurring antagonist in the ninth part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - The Duality of Stand.
She is an expressive and somewhat eccentric woman who possesses the body-relocating Stand Take It Off.
Big Spoiler warning, yo. Read up to at lest Chapter 116 of The Duality of Stand if you don't want a major detail spoiled for you.
She later obtains the incredibly powerful but enigmatic Stand Take It Off: All The Lies after her and her brother's Stands undergo Stand Polymerization.

Appearance[]
Jessie is a woman of unremarkable height and build, with dirty blonde hair, light blue eyes, and lightly tanned, unfreckled skin. She has a triangle-shaped birthmark under her right eye, though it's a lot lighter and less noticeable than her brother's.
She commonly wears skirts, t-shirts, and shoes of pastel colours such as pink and purple. The most striking feature of her apparel is, from her second encounter with the Joestar Group onward, pink, purple and blue body paint in seemingly randomly-placed spots on any part of her with exposed skin, namely her arms, legs, chest and face. She originally started wearing it because she wanted to "try something new", but now wears it for no reason other than spite for her brother, since he thinks it's stupid.
In public, she usually wears a black coat so as to be able to conceal her Stand, which takes the form of a gold zipper on her chest. She rarely, if ever, is seen without her Stand manifested.
Personality[]
Jessie, can be described as having a general love of fun, laughing and making jokes even in a combat scenario. She is very free-spirited, always thinking of new and creative uses for her Stand and liking to express herself through her clothes.
Likely a very kind person in reality, she had a Sugar Rose planted on her by Dalia, and was as such hypnotized into wanting to kill the Joestars. She has proven herself to be a ruthless and formidable opponent, using her dangerous Stand to completely incapacitate people or even drop them from high heights.
Nonetheless, she can also be somewhat flighty, allowing her to be tricked into things such as accidentally undoing her ability. However, some of what can be considered mere flightiness is actually her putting on an act, allowing her to get the upper hand by having her opponents believe she is insane or simply not a threat.
She very much does not get along with her brother, but was willing to work with him in an attempt to use Stand Synergy to defeat Josephine and Jacob Joestar.
While very confident if she has the upper hand, she is something of a coward, and will flee as soon as she feels she no longer has control over the situation.

Jessie Robinson possesses the Stand Take It Off, allowing her to place zippers on people that turn them into glitter for a variety of purposes such as relocating limbs.
History[]
Not much is known about Jessie in terms of her past, other than that at some point, she had an encounter with Dalia, which resulted in her having a Sugar Rose planted on her. She owns the night club Raising Hell and has many Stand users under her employ.
Upon first meeting with Josephine and Jacob, she first goes after Jacob, believing him to be far weaker than his sister, quickly incapacitating him by removing his legs. Josephine tries to fight back, but has difficulty working around her ability to transform herself into glitter as well. She is ultimately defeated after Josephine tricks her into flying high enough so that Jacob would be out of range, and then the two use an attack utilizing Stand Synergy.
The second time, she ambushes them at Raising Hell, taking advantage of the very useful surroundings, namely the crowd, to gain a leg up on the Joestars. However, she still proves unable to defeat them once and for all, and retreats again.
The third time, she teams up with her brother, learning that Josephine is the one that needs to be focused, and the two quickly defeat her. However, the lack of a bond between the two results in their inability to use Stand Synergy of their own, resulting in Jacob developing the Manic Line and killing her brother, causing her to flee.
After her brother's death, she musters up enough willpower to free herself from Cherry Gum, and heads off to get her revenge against Dalia for controlling her. Manifesting a new ability, she is able to easily defeat her, but is then quickly caught off-guard and killed by Thaddeus Benton, who doesn't end up getting her ability because her heart breaks down into glitter and flies away.
